How to use the Business account panel?

If you purchased the WS Business plan in both its monthly and annual options, you can manage your team from your user profile at https://what-sender.com/en/subs/login.

You just need to log in with the username and password you received in the "Registration Confirmation" email. You will then access a panel similar to the one shown in the following image:

On the left side, you will see the number of licenses you have contracted in your package, and on the right side, you will see those that are unassigned to users.

How to add users to your account?

To add a user to your account, you just need to enter their email address and name, and then click on "Add User." This action will send them an email with their username and password to access the WhatSender Application.

At the bottom, you will see the list of your users. If you exceed the number of contracted licenses at any time, new users will be highlighted in red. Furthermore, the box that previously indicated available licenses will now display the licenses that do not have an active plan.

You have three options to resolve this issue:

  • Prioritize the users to whom you want to grant a license. Use the up and down arrows to select the users who should keep their license. Remember that those highlighted in red do not have an active plan.
  • Remove the users you do not want to include in your plan.
  • Update the number of licenses you have contracted.


How to update the number of contracted licenses?

With WhatSender, you can decrease or increase the number of licenses contracted in your Business plan. To do this, simply click on the "Manage and Add Licenses" option.

By clicking on this option, you will be redirected to the Stripe platform, where you can adjust the number of contracted licenses, either by increasing or decreasing them. Please note that the minimum allowed is 5 licenses; it is not possible to reduce the quantity below this number. On the first screen, you will see all the details of your current plan. On this same screen, you can update your payment methods. Once you have confirmed the information, click on "Update plan."

By doing so, you will be directed to the final screen where you can adjust the number of licenses according to your preferences. Please note that there will be an additional charge for increasing the number of licenses. Upon renewing your plan, the final cost of your updated package will be reflected.
