Can I try WhatSender for free and get a demo?

Of course, it's possible. You can download WhatSender for free and try up to 40 messages per day. To enjoy this option, registration is required; otherwise, you'll have access to only 20 messages. Find our Chrome extension at the following link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/whatsender/hcddckfgihadahfdiefinmneegaoehdh.

We recommend that you consult the guides available in the 'Usage and Configuration Guides' section to get the most out of WhatSender and optimize its performance.

Can I subscribe if I don't have a credit card? Do you accept PayPal?

At present, we only offer the subscription option through payment with Mastercard or Visa credit cards, and we also provide the possibility to use Google Pay and Link (available only in some countries) through the Stripe links mentioned below. Unfortunately, we do not offer a one-time payment option or accept transactions through PayPal.

You can sign up directly on the Whatsender website for any of its available plans.

How can I get 40 free messages?

To access the option to send 40 messages for free, the first step is to complete the registration process through the following link. Once you have completed the registration, you will receive your login credentials (username and password) via email. To use these credentials, simply enter them in the 'Profile' tab. We have attached a screenshot of our bulk messaging extension for reference.

Do you offer discounts for the purchase of multiple accounts?

Starting from 5 accounts, we offer a 50% discount per user for the complete package.

The Business license is designed for team administrators, where you, as the administrator, can create teams of at least 5 people. You manage the licenses and can purchase them on a monthly or annual subscription, with the price varying depending on the number of people in your team. For example, if you choose the minimum subscription (5 people), you would pay $7.5 per month or $50 per year.

Each member will have their personal WhatSender session, which works in the same way as the personal license and allows a maximum of 5 WhatsApp number changes in 24 hours. Subscribe here! 

How do I link my 5 WhatsApp accounts?

To use a new phone number, you only need to unlink the currently active number on your WhatsApp Web. Then, you should link the device again, but this time with the new number. That way, you can use WhatSender with the new session.

How do I report and modify the 5 WhatsApp accounts I want to use?
You don't need to report your accounts; the control is automatic and transparent to the user. You just need to keep in mind that when sending messages with a new WhatsApp account, you haven't used more than 4 accounts in the last 24 hours.

How to change the language in WhatSender?

To change the language, you only need to go to the "Perfil" (User) tab, and in preferences, you can find "English.

Do you always send messages to the same country? Here we explain how to use the universal prefix.

If you always send messages to the same country, you can use the Universal Prefix option. Remember to remove the prefix from your client's number to avoid duplicating information and potential errors.

To modify the universal prefix, simply go to the "Perfil" (Profile) tab, and in preferences, you can adjust the prefix corresponding to the country to which you want to send bulk messages. If you have clients in different countries, we recommend choosing the option N/A - Not defined.

How can I change the email address for my subscription?

To change your account, it is essential that you send us, through the form or to the email support@what-sender.com, the last 4 digits of the card you used for payment, as well as the full name of the cardholder. For security reasons, we cannot process changes in email addresses unless two procedures are followed: 1) Sending an email from the old email address requesting the change; or 2) Sending the 4 last digits of the card along with the cardholder's name. These measures are necessary to protect your information and ensure the security of your account.

My account appears as not activated despite making the payment. What should I do?

If your account appears as deactivated, canceled, or on hold, there may be two reasons for the issue. The first is that you entered your email incorrectly, and that's why your payment wasn't associated with your account. The second is that there was a problem with your payment, and that's why the subscription wasn't activated. Receiving the invoice from WhatSender does not necessarily mean that the payment was processed correctly. If the payment is correct, your account should be active within a maximum of 10 minutes.

Regardless of the problem, to resolve it, it is necessary to send us, through the form or to the email support@what-sender.com, the last four digits of the card you used for payment, as well as the cardholder's name. This will allow us to track the payment and provide you with information on why your account is not active and assist you as needed.

I forgot my password, how can I recover it?

You can recover your password by following these steps:

  1. Visit the login screen by accessing the following link: https://what-sender.com/en/subs/login.
  2. Click on the Forgot your password? link.
  3. Provide the email address associated with your account.
  4. A password reset email will be sent to the provided email address. Please note that it may take up to 10 minutes for the password reset email to be delivered. We kindly ask for your patience during this waiting period. Check all your folders, including SPAM, for the email.

If you encounter issues receiving the email with the password reset instructions, feel free to contact us through the form. Be sure to provide the email you used to subscribe or, alternatively, the last four digits of the card you used for payment, as well as the cardholder's name. This will help us provide more effective assistance in recovering your account.

Can messages be sent to WhatsApp groups?

No. WhatSender uses the public API of WhatsApp Web. This means it is not designed to send messages to groups since WhatsApp Web does not allow it. However, if there is ever an update in WhatsApp Web that allows us to do so, we will work to develop that update in our extension.

What devices can I use WhatSender on? Can I use it on my mobile phone?

WhatSender is a Google Chrome extension, and it works on all operating systems such as Windows, Linux, MacOS, and ChromeOS. For this reason, it is not compatible with mobile phones.

Do you provide WhatsApp numbers?

In WhatSender, we do not provide WhatsApp numbers. That is managed by each user of our extension.

Do you have an Integration API?

In WhatSender, we do not provide an API as it is a Chrome extension associated with your browser.

How safe is WhatSender? Do they have access to my databases?

The user database is only located in the cache history of your Google Chrome browser. To remove the contacts to whom you have sent messages, you just need to clear your browser's cache. Thanks to this, in WhatSender, we do not have access to your customer database.

I want to cancel my subscription, how can I do it?

For security reasons, we recommend that you complete the cancellation process through your user page, where you should select the "Cancel subscription" option at https://what-sender.com/en/subs/login. Once you have successfully completed this process, you will receive a confirmation email of your subscription cancellation.

If you experience technical difficulties and cannot manage your account on your own, please do not hesitate to contact us through the contact form. Please make sure to provide your email address used for the subscription or, alternatively, the last four digits of the card you used for payment, as well as the cardholder's name. This information will help us provide more effective assistance in the account cancellation process.

I want to request a refund. How can I do it?

First of all, please review our WhatSender Terms of Use and check if the situation you're facing qualifies for a refund. If the answer is yes, contact us through the form or at support@what-sender.com using the email address associated with your subscription. Please include the reason and the necessary documentation to process the refund. Our response time is a maximum of 2 days from Monday to Friday. In the subject line, write "Refund" to prioritize your message.
