In Whatsender, we are committed to providing you with configuration options that facilitate the optimization of bulk message delivery. These alternatives are available in the «User» tab. To better understand each of them and learn how to configure them, I will start by explaining what each option entails.
Time between sends
By default, it is set to 0.5 seconds. You have the freedom to adjust this value so that messages are sent within an interval of 0.5 seconds to 30 seconds. This means that if the message is only text, it will be sent and then wait for the time you choose before sending the next one. As you increase the time in this option, the process of bulk message delivery will slow down.If you check the «Randomized Sending Time to Avoid Locks» option, an element of randomness is introduced into the process. This simulates the natural behavior of a person, who tends to send messages with pauses between them. It’s important to note that this option may extend the overall sending time due to its randomness, but it can help reduce the risk of being blocked when sending messages in bulk. However, it’s crucial to remember that this option is not the sole consideration to avoid blocking; you must adhere to recommended practices and WhatsApp policies.
Attachment sending time
Use this option when you need to attach files to your messages. This setting allows the extension to have additional time to load the attached file. It is useful if you have a slow internet connection or if you are experiencing issues with the file being sent correctly to all your contacts due to its large size.
Timeout in case of error
This option is intended for users who experience internet connection issues, which often lead to errors when sending messages (you have a high number of failures), especially if they are text messages. If this is your case, you can use this option, especially when you are sending messages that only contain text.
We hope that this tutorial has provided you with the necessary clarity to understand these settings.
