This tutorial will help you if you do not remember your WhatSender password, if your password gives you an error, or if you do not know where to find your access details.
Your username and password are used for two things:
- Accessing your subscription management panel.
- Logging in to the Chrome extension from the User tab.
If you do not log in to the extension, your subscription will not be linked correctly and you may have sending limits.
Where can I find my password?
When you register with WhatSender, you receive an email with your access details.
The email subject is: Registration Confirmation: your email address
In that email, you will find your username and password.
With those details, you can log in to your subscription panel: https://what-sender.com/en/subs/login
You must also use those same details inside the Chrome extension, in the User tab.

Can’t find the registration email?
Check all your inboxes, including:
- Main inbox.
- Promotions.
- Notifications.
- Junk mail or SPAM.
You can also search your email for phrases such as:
- Registration Confirmation
- WhatSender
- what-sender.com
If you cannot find the email, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when registering. In that case, you will need to register again with the correct email address: https://what-sender.com/en/subs
My password gives an error or I do not remember it
If your password gives an error, if a long time has passed since you registered, or if you simply do not remember it, you can generate a new password.
To do this, go to: https://what-sender.com/en/subs/login
Then click Forgot your password?

After that, a new window will open where you need to enter the email address associated with your WhatSender account.

Check the recovery email
After entering your email address, you will receive an email to generate a new password.
It usually arrives within a few seconds, although it may take up to 5 minutes.
The email subject is: WhatSender – Password Generation
Check all your inboxes, including SPAM.
The email is in English, but you only need to click Reset Your Password.

Create your new password
After clicking Reset Your Password, you will be redirected to your subscription management panel.
From there, you will be able to create a new password.
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm the password if the system asks you to.
- Click Update to save it.
- Save your new password somewhere safe.

Remember that this will be your new password both to manage your subscription and to log in to the Chrome extension from the User tab.
After changing your password: log in to the extension
Once you update your password, go back to the WhatSender extension.
- Open WhatSender.
- Go to the User tab.
- Enter your email and your new password.
- Save the changes if the extension asks you to.
- Check that your account or subscription information appears.
This step is important. If you do not log in to the extension, your subscription will not be linked correctly.
I could not solve my password issue
If you followed this guide and still cannot access your account, contact us through the help form.
In your message, tell us that you cannot access your account with your password.
If you have an active paid subscription, include:
- The email address you think you used to register.
- The last 4 digits of the card associated with the subscription and whether it is Mastercard or VISA.
- The name of the cardholder.
Do not send your full card number, security codes, or sensitive banking information.
If you do not have a paid account associated with your email, you only need to register again with the email address you want to use in WhatSender: https://what-sender.com/en/subs
Please note that we only make email changes for paid accounts with an active subscription.
