If you encounter any of the following alerts, they all indicate that it is necessary to log in.
Initially, this has a simple solution. You should go to the «User» tab and provide your username and password. If you have registered and still don’t have a paid plan, you will have a maximum limit of 40 messages per day. If you have an active subscription, this tab will display the number of messages you have sent and provide information about your subscription.
What happens if I see the message «You have reached your message limit. To get more, subscribe to one of our plans at: What-Sender Registration» or a similar one?
In that case, it means two things:
1: Your subscription payment did not go through successfully: so in the «User» tab, in the service information, it will appear as deactivated or canceled. If the payment was not processed, we usually send an email mentioning that the payment failed, but if you believe the payment was successful, you can contact us through our form and provide us with the last 4 digits of the card used for payment and the cardholder’s name to track the payment and see what happened.
If your account is linked correctly, it should appear as active like the following image.
2. Your account is not synchronized. This is not a common error, but we have detected it in some users who have unstable internet connections. To fix it, follow these steps:Step 1. Close the WhatSender extension.Go to https://what-sender.com/en/subs/login with your username and password.
Here you will find all the information about your subscription. Step 2: Log back into the extension with your username and password. This should solve the problem.
