This tutorial will help you if you have an active subscription, but WhatSender shows you a limit of 20 or 40 messages, or asks you to subscribe to a plan.
This problem usually happens because the extension does not recognize your account correctly. It may be because you have not logged in from the User tab, your subscription is not active, a payment failed, or there is a temporary synchronization issue.

Before you start: check if you are logged in to the extension
If WhatSender shows you an alert related to the message limit, the first thing you should check is whether you are logged in inside the extension.
To do this:
- Open WhatSender.
- Go to the User tab.
- Enter your username and password.
- Save the changes if the extension asks you to.
- Check if your account and subscription information appears.
If you have an active subscription, in this tab you should see your service information, account status, and the number of messages sent.

What if I have an active subscription, but the limit still appears?
If you have already logged in from the User tab and you still see a message such as: “You have reached your message limit. To get more, subscribe to one of our plans” or a similar alert, it may be due to one of these causes:
Cause 1: your subscription payment was not completed correctly
If the payment was not completed, your subscription may appear as deactivated, cancelled, or without an active service in the User tab.
To check this:
- Open WhatSender.
- Go to the User tab.
- Check the service information section.
- Confirm whether your subscription appears as active, deactivated, or cancelled.
If your account is linked correctly and the payment was processed, your subscription should appear as active.

Cause 2: your account is not synchronized correctly
This is not a common error, but it may happen in some cases, especially if your internet connection is unstable or if the extension did not update your subscription information correctly.
To synchronize your account again, follow these steps:
Step 1: close the WhatSender extension
Close WhatSender completely before continuing.
Step 2: access your account dashboard
- Open this link in your browser: https://what-sender.com/en/subs/login
- Log in with your username and password.
- From this dashboard, you will be able to review your subscription information.

Step 3: log in to the extension again
After accessing your account dashboard:
- Open WhatSender again.
- Go to the User tab.
- Enter your username and password.
- Check if your subscription information appears correctly.
- This should solve the problem.
