There is no connection between WhatSender and WhatsApp

Can't you link WhatsApp web to WhatSender? Or do you have errors where you can't use WhatSender? Don't worry, it's because Google didn't update the permissions with the new update.

To fix this, follow the tutorial below. Step by step and in ORDER. Don't skip any steps, as that will prevent the solution from working.

IMPORTANT: REMOVE ANY OTHER MASS MESSAGING EXTENSIONS, THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WHATSENDER. Here is a Google tutorial.

Step 1: Update Google Chrome.

  •  Open Google Chrome on your computer if it's not already open.
  •  Click on the icon with three vertical dots in the top-right corner of the browser window. This will open a dropdown menu.
  •  In the menu, hover your cursor over the "Help" option. A submenu will appear.
  • In the "Help" submenu, select the "About Google Chrome" option. This will open a new tab in your browser.
  • In the new tab, Google Chrome will automatically begin searching for available updates. If a new version is found, it will start downloading it and then show you a button that says "Relaunch."
  • Click on the "Relaunch" button to apply the update. The browser will close and restart automatically.
  • After restarting, Google Chrome should be updated to the latest available version.

Step 2: UNINSTALL the extension.

Uninstall the extension by  clicking here. A window like the following will appear. Follow the steps to remove it.

Step 3: Close Whatsapp Web. Make sure you don't leave any tabs open where you have WhatsApp Web active. You must close all tabs in all active windows. If you leave any tabs open, the next step will not work.

Step 4: Clear cache. Before proceeding with this step, ensure that you have no WhatsApp Web tabs open. You can find the steps to
follow Here.

Step 5: Close Chrome. Close all tabs and windows that are active. Nothing should remain open at all.

Step 6: Install WhatSender

Reinstall the extension by clicking here. You can follow the following tutorial to install WhatSender, as there is a part where you need to accept permissions, and this may be the reason for the connection error.

Step 7: Set a profile picture.
Yes, it may seem illogical, but we have observed that the issue some users experience is due to the lack of a profile picture on their WhatsApp. Add a picture on your mobile device. You can do this in the settings section of your profile.

Step 8: LINKING WhatSender and WhatsApp.

Once you have reinstalled WhatSender, click on "Open WhatsApp Web". If you notice it still does not connect, refresh the browser screen. You can identify the refresh button by the symbol shown below. This step should resolve the issue.

¿The error persist?

As part of our ongoing improvements, our technical team strives to ensure error-free performance. However, due to the diversity of computer configurations and variability between countries, we cannot always replicate all situations. For this reason, we request your collaboration in identifying any issues you may encounter.

To provide you with a solution as quickly as possible, we ask that you send us a screenshot in developer mode. While it may sound complicated, we will guide you through some simple steps using the following illustrative image.

We show you a video that explains the procedure of the clicks you must make. In our case, we don't see any connection error, so we only see our number with the green check mark. If you see yours in yellow or red, you must click on that option and then refresh the page following the video.

Here are the steps to follow:

Step 1: Click on the three dots located in the top right corner of Google Chrome. Scroll down almost to the bottom and you will find the option "More tools" and then "Developer mode".

Step 2: A window similar to the one shown in the "Steps to take a screenshot" image will open. Click on the "Console" tab, marked with the number 2.
Step 3: Keep the console open and click on the refresh screen button, identified with the number 3.
Step 4: Try to connect to WhatsApp Web by opening the "Whatsender" extension. Remember to keep the console open and click on "Open WhatsApp Web", as shown in the image with number 4.

Step 5: As a final step, take a screenshot showing all the information displayed in the console. It's important for us to verify that you are indeed on WhatsApp Web. It's not necessary to display your conversation history. We provide you with a reference of the content that should be included in the screenshot: on the right side, the log of the errors, and on the left side, the evidence that you are on WhatsApp web.

Step 6: Send us this image to support@what-sender.com or through our support form. At this moment, our entire support team is here to assist you in resolving any issues with this new version.

Thank you for your understanding.
